Broke down on HWY 281 3 yrs ago and was given directions on how to get to they're garage 8:00 at night. Couldn't believe the courtesy, caring and respect from everyone there. They offer us to hook up our RV to their shop electric if necessary. The regular night mechanic was having heart surgery and the rest of the crew had already been there since opening and really needed to go home. As it turned out the owners nephew happened to come home early and eagerly did our repairs and got us on our way within an hour. Supplies and labor rock bottom prices. Top notch. Honest. Integrity. Family operation. Family treatment. Old fashion values. Wonderful family and workers. Now 3 yrs later that we're stationed about 45 min away, we'll be using them for all our service work.
I cannot say enough positive things about the owners and their employees. With Trevino Auto Works, you get a wealth of experience and top knotch work with people you can definitely trust. We know we can trust them without a shadow of a doubt because we were forced to put it to the test when dealing with unscrupulous mechanics where we live now, 35 miles away. My wife and I have been customers for ten years, moved to Kingsville in 2011, and we have saved hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars by simply driving or towing our two cars back to them in Falfurrias rather than being charged for things that didn't really need to be fixed, where Kingsville mechanics have flat out lied in an attempt to swindle us. Their honesty helped us at a time when I was struggling to finish college while working part-time on the weekends, and barely making ends meet with two growing boys.
